Arthur Deatly

Arthur Deatly paints the world he sees through direct observation. His plein air

work tells the story of a trail less traveled, but worth the view. Deatly earned a

bachelor of fine arts degree in painting from the Kansas City Art Institute. He

taught art in Houston ISD schools and other districts for 21 years. He’s now

painting full time and has received multipleawards for his artwork.
